Continental Reinsurance is pleased to announce the appointment of Felix Sang as Head of Underwriting for the Eastern Africa Region, based in our Kenya office.
Felix brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector, with a strong track record in underwriting, risk management, and reinsurance program structuring. His expertise spans treaty underwriting, corporate business development, and capacity-building across markets in Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
Prior to joining Continental Re, Felix held key leadership roles at SanlamAllianz Reinsurance, Allianz Africa, Jubilee Insurance, and Britam Insurance, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening reinsurance portfolios and driving underwriting profitability. He is a Certified Insurance Professional (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi.
